Collaborative playlists

Create a playlist with friends by inviting them to collaborate. Collaborators can add or remove songs and change their order.

Collaborative playlists are available on iOS and Android.

Invite people

1. Open a playlist you created.
2. Tap the Invite icon.
3. Share the invite link with the people you want to join.

Invite links expire after 14 days.

Join a playlist

1. Open the invite link.
2. Tap Join Playlist.

The playlist will appear in My Music.

Manage a collaborative playlist

Everyone in the playlist can add songs, remove songs, and change their order. You can also see who added each song.

Tap the collaborator profiles at the top of the playlist to see the owner and everyone who has joined.

Remove a collaborator

Only the playlist owner can remove collaborators.

1. Open the list of collaborators.
2. Open the options next to the person you want to remove.
3. Select Remove Collaborator.

Leave a playlist

1. Open the list of collaborators.
2. Open the options next to your profile.
3. Select Leave Playlist.
