How to Deactivate my RJ Account?

We genuinely appreciate your support and usage of Radio Javan. It's saddening to hear that you've decided to leave, but we hope that this is not a final farewell. Our doors will always be open for your return. Upon deleting your Radio Javan account, please be aware that you have a 30-day window to reactivate your account. To do so, simply log in using your account credentials within this time frame.

To deactivate your account, proceed with the following steps:

 

iOS/Android

  1. Under My Music tab, select the settings 2E4EE06F-EB52-4981-BE8A-BE9A2B8CD0AC_4_5005_c.jpeg button
  2. Tap View Profile
  3. Select EDIT PROFILE
  4. Tap Deactivate Account
  5. Tap Yes, deactivate my account

Desktop app/Website

  1. Click on the profile button in the top-right corner
  2. Click on Profile
  3. Select 2E4EE06F-EB52-4981-BE8A-BE9A2B8CD0AC_4_5005_c.jpeg button
  4. Under ACCOUNT REMOVAL, select Deactivate
