How to start sharing?

  1. Under My Music, tap on  mceclip0.png icon
  2. Tap on Subscription
  3. Tap on Family Sharing
  4. Tap on Invite family members
  5. Type in a family member’s email address and hit Send
  6. The family member will receive an email to accept the invite

How to remove a member?

  1. Under My Music, tap on  mceclip0.png icon
  2. Tap on Subscription
  3. Tap on Family Sharing
  4. Choose the member that you want to remove
  5. Tap on the three dots ••• and select Remove Member

On iOS:

  1. From the My Music tab, tap on mceclip0.png icon
  2. Select SUBSCRIPTION
  3. Hit the Manage Subscription icon
  4. Select Radio Javan
  5. Change your subscription level or cancel your subscription

On Android:

  1. From the My Music tab, tap on mceclip0.png icon
  2. Select SUBSCRIPTION
  3. Hit the Manage Subscription icon
  4. Select Radio Javan
  5. Change your subscription level or cancel your subscription

On Desktop:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on the profile button in the top-right corner of the website
  3. Select Preferences

  1. How to redeem my gift card?

    • iOS: Open the QR code from an iOS device, which lets you open the app and redeem the code directly.
    • Android and Desktop: Open the QR code on your phone, this will take you to the website, or you can go to rjredeem.com and then enter the code from your gift card.

  2. How to cancel my subscription?

    • You have the option to cancel your subscription either within the app or on the website. For detailed instructions, please consult the "Manage Subscription" section in this article.

  3. Why do I continue to receive ads even after upgrading to a premium account?

    • Account Not Properly Upgraded: Ensure that your account has been correctly upgraded and that the payment has gone through successfully.
    • Billing Issues: If there are any issues with your payment method, such as an expired credit card.
    • Using your Apple ID on multiple devices: If you utilize your Apple ID, linked to an RJ subscription, on multiple devices, each associated with a distinct RJ account, the subscription will automatically transfer to the respective RJ account when you open the app on a specific device.
    • Contact Customer Support: If you've confirmed that your subscription is active and you should not be seeing ads, and the issue persists, it's best to contact the customer support team.

  4. Why am I unable to share my subscription with my family members?

    • The ability to share a subscription with family members depends on the subscription plan, as not all plans offer family sharing, so ensure you are subscribed to a family plan.
