Choose the quality used for audio streaming and downloaded audio and video. High quality is available with RJ Premium.
Quality options
You can set streaming and download quality separately.
- Normal: Songs and podcasts are about 128 kbps. Downloaded videos are 720p.
- High: Songs and podcasts are up to 256 kbps. Downloaded videos are up to 1080p or 4K when available.
Higher quality uses more data and storage. Available video quality depends on the video.
Mobile
- Open My Music.
- Tap Settings in the top-right corner.
- Tap Content & Quality.
- Choose Normal or High for each quality setting.
Website and Desktop
- Select your profile in the top-right corner.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Playback.
- Choose your preferred quality.
