If you've forgotten your password, no problem, you can simply reset it.
On iOS/Android:
- Go to My Music tab.
- Tap on Log in to Radio Javan.
- Tap on Forgot your password?
- Type in your email address and then tap on Send.
- Check your email inbox and look for an email with the subject "Radio Javan Reset Account Information". In case you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folders.
- Click on the link in the email.
- Type in your new password in both fields and hit Submit.
- Now you can login to the RJ app using your email and new password.
On Desktop:
- Click on the Log in button.
- Click on Forgot your password.
- Type in your email address and hit Submit.
- Check your email inbox and look for an email with the subject "Radio Javan Reset Account Information". In case you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folders.
- Click on the link in the email.
- Type in your new password in both fields and hit Submit.
- Now you can login to RJ using your email and new password.

The reset link in the email doesn't work
When clicking on the email link, if you receive the message This is not a valid link, it means the link was already used or has expired. Try submitting to reset your password again, but this time when you receive the email:
- Right-click the link in your email (or hold to copy on mobile phone) and copy the link.
- Then on your web browser, open a new window.
- Paste the link into the address bar and hit enter.
- Continue by entering in your new password.
No account for that email address
When trying to reset, if you receive the error That email address is not in our records, it means that email is not registered with an account on RJ. Try again with a different email that you may have.
If you continue receiving that error message, you will need to signup for a new account.
